Value-Added Products

From www.reuseconsulting.com :

Value-added products: Products that are formed from reusable materials or remain unchanged but are improved in some way.  Examples include remilled flooring from old-growth beams, combining reclaimed wood and hardware to make coat hook boards, or simply painting and fixing loose hinges on an old cabinet.  The purpose is to add value to a product so that jobs can be created doing this while diverting additional materials from the landfill.
